Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are psychological support programs provided by the employer to help employees alleviate various psychological issues associated with work performance. Relevant services such as specialized counseling and coaching are provided to offer fundamental solutions to various workplace and personal issues such as work-related stress, workplace harassment, marriage or children-related family matters, and so on. Through these services, employees can reduce their work-related stress, maintain a good work-life balance, and receive support for personal development, which all contribute to improving their quality of life. At the same time, employers can forge a good labor-management relationship, reduce turnover rates, and improve efficiency in welfare benefits, which ultimately improves overall productivity.

EAP

EAP services are psycho-support programs provided by the employer to help employees alleviate various psychological issues associated with work performance.

The program not only provided counseling services for work and workplace-related issues, but also employee’s personal issues (e.g. family matters). The purpose of EAP services is to help employees focus on work, which in turn, will help boost their work performance.

The purpose of PIP programs is to help employees improve their competency and reallocate available resource, with a training-oriented approach, as opposed to an attrition-oriented approach. This provides them with the opportunity to view their current work challenges from a more objective perspective, and at the same time, an opportunity to engage in Life Planning through this specialized training course.

PIP

Our PIP training programs are provided to employees who need such training. This provides them with the opportunity to view their current work challenges from a more objective perspective, and at the same time, an opportunity to engage in Life Planning through this specialized training course.

Life Planning

Our Life Planning Program provides incumbent employees with the opportunity to think about their next chapter in life ahead of time, while they are still in work. This enables them to explore more options when the time arrives for them to shift careers. Exploring the next steps while still in work helps the individual to take a step back and assess their career, which in turn, keeps them more focused on their current work and more proactive in planning their life after retirement.

Maximus provides tailored programs considering each corporate client’s characteristics, their existing corporate training programs, and their individual employee needs.
