Employee Assistance Programs are psychological support services provided by employers to help employees alleviate various psychological issues associated with work performance.

The program not only provides counseling services for work and workplace-related issues, but also employee’s personal issues (e.g. family matters). Such services can enhance employees’ trust in their employer and lead to improvement in their work performance.

Either individual or group counseling sessions are carried out for EAP services, depending on the program participant’s circumstances or areas of focus.

One-on-one consulting tailored to participant’s needs (in-person/non-face-to-face)
Systematic counseling in relation to group seminars or specialized training programs
Flexible operations of the programs depending on participant’s circumstances
Counseling sessions centering around various topics such as sensitivity training, relationship management, communication training, etc.
